How do I return or exchange something?
All merchandise is
unconditionally guaranteed against defects in workmanship
and materials. Please note however that unless defective, customized
garments can’t be returned or
exchanged. Please call customer service at 513-247-3020 or email customerservice@munozbrandz.com.
How long should it take to receive my order? Generally,
it should take 7 to 10 days to fulfill orders. Items will be
delivered to
the "ship to" address you provided.
Should I receive a confirmation that I placed
an order? Yes, you will receive
a confirmation email listing the items that were ordered.
How do I change an order once I have submitted
it? Please call customer
service at 513-247-3020. The system downloads
orders at
the end of each day. If addressed too late, the order can’t be changed.
If paying with a credit card, when is my card charged? Credit card payments
will be processed within 24 hours of order submission.
